What is Tongda's standard lead time?

Normally, it takes 60 days after drawings confirmation to ship. Sample production usually requires 15–30 days. For urgent projects, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate production schedules.

Do Tongda offer installation services?

We usually provide installation guidance and coordinate with local installation teams as needed. For large-scale projects, we can arrange to send technicians abroad for on-site supervision (additional fees may apply).

Yes, we provide sample services. Sample production usually takes 15–30 days.The extra sample charges can be fully refunded upon order confirmation, depending on the agreement.
