FF&E meaning？ FF&E, or Furniture Fixtures and Equipment, refers to movable assets essential for the functionality and aesthetic appeal of commercial spaces, particularly in FF&E hospitality projects. These include hospitality furnishings such as chairs, desks, tables, and sofas, as well as fixtures like lighting and shelving, and equipment such as kitchen appliances or specialized machinery. In furniture for hospitality projects, contract grade furniture is prioritized for its durability and compliance with industry standards. Contract furniture for hospitality projects is typically budgeted separately during construction or renovation and can be depreciated for tax purposes over time.

Craftique is a bespoke luxury hotel furniture brand under Guangdong TongDa Hotel Furniture, a well-established hotel furniture manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in hotel furniture manufacturing. While we are a premium brand offering custom-made solutions, we also possess robust manufacturing capabilities to meet the highest standards for contract-grade furniture.

Do Craftique hospitality accept customization?

Yes, we specialize in bespoke luxury hotel furniture. We can tailor furniture according to your drawings, design concepts, or specifications, with flexible options for materials, sizes, colors, and finishes.

What is Craftique's standard lead time?

Normally, it takes 60 days after drawings confirmation to ship. Sample production usually requires 15–30 days. For urgent projects, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate production schedules.

Do Craftique offer installation services?

We usually provide installation guidance and coordinate with local installation teams as needed. For large-scale projects, we can arrange to send technicians abroad for on-site supervision (additional fees may apply).

Do Craftique provide sample services?

Yes, we provide sample services. Sample production usually takes 15–30 days.The extra sample charges can be fully refunded upon order confirmation, depending on the agreement.
