Located in the heart of Doha, the Banyan Tree Residences - Doha Oasis offers a blend of elegance, luxury, and modern living, providing its residents with an unparalleled living experience. This expansive residential project required bespoke furniture solutions across multiple spaces, including apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and communal areas. At Craftique, we were honored to provide over 11,170 custom-designed furniture pieces that cater to the unique needs and lifestyle of the upscale residents.
The design philosophy for Banyan Tree Residences was to create a sanctuary of luxury while maintaining a sense of warmth and livability. Our luxury hotel furniture solutions were specifically tailored to enhance the interior design, with each space reflecting a modern yet timeless aesthetic.
Apartments: For the 79 two-bedroom and 61 three-bedroom apartments, our furniture pieces included comfortable yet elegant sofas, sleek dining sets, and functional storage solutions. The design focused on maximising space while creating an inviting atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.
Duplexes and Penthouses: The 56 duplexes and 19 luxury penthouses required more luxurious furnishings, incorporating high-end materials, intricate designs, and a combination of practicality and luxury. The bespoke furniture pieces elevated the spaces, bringing an element of sophistication and grandeur to the homes.
Public Terraces and Lift Lobbies: In these shared areas, we created furniture that encourages a sense of community and relaxation. From seating arrangements that cater to casual gatherings to elegant light fixtures and decorative pieces, our designs complemented the overall vision of the public spaces.
The challenge of delivering 11,170 pieces of bespoke furniture across such a large and varied project was met with careful attention to detail and strict adherence to quality standards. Each piece of furniture was crafted using sustainable materials that not only meet the project's environmental goals but also promise durability and comfort for years to come.
Material Selection: We used top-quality, sustainably sourced wood, eco-friendly finishes, and durable upholstery to ensure longevity while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing finish.
Advanced Manufacturing: Our advanced manufacturing lines, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery imported from the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy, allowed us to produce precision-cut components and refined finishes.
Attention to Detail: Every piece was individually crafted, from the initial design to the final installation, ensuring it fit seamlessly into the design concept. Our commitment to contract-grade furniture ensured that the furnishings could withstand the high demands of residential use.
